Actor Hrithik Roshan, who has been pretty regular on the sets of Just Dance now, admits he gets sentimental pretty easily while watching the contestants perform. And that is the reason he ends up crying often on the show. “It’s difficult to control emotions. I had watched the videos of the top 50
participants. When Farah Khan, Vaibhavi Merchant and I had to bring the list further down, I got goosebumps. I cried many times because I could feel every participant’s passion and how it must feel for them to get eliminated at the last stage of selections,” adds Hrithik. “If I had it my way, I would never let anyone get ousted from the show.”
He elaborates that the show’s format is such that everyone, at elimination point, is given the same dance style for their performance. The one who fails or doesn’t deliver as per judges’ expectations is shown the door. “That makes me feel more guilty because even though I know that a certain contestant isn’t too great with a certain dance form, I don’t have a choice but to judge them together with someone who’s phenomenal at the same dance form,” explains Hrithik, who has passed his personal phone number to every participant ousted from the show so far. “That’s the least I could do. I can just offer to be of help whenever they need me.”
Hrithik Two months ago, the actor was sent presents by his fans and participants from various cities where the auditions were held. When asked if there was anything that caught his attention, the actor, popular for his dancing skills, says that a fan had his picture tattooed on his body. “I couldn’t see him in person, but when I saw the images, I was stunned. I can’t even begin to imagine the pain that boy must have borne to get my image tattooed on his body,” says Hrithik, who’d never advise anyone to do something that can threaten their life, adding, “I don’t know how I would forgive myself if he bled and died because of this.” Source:Hindustan Times
