It was thrilling to see Salman in a, chlormint “Dubara Mat Puchna“, ad alongwith Sohail Khan... A kiddy ad, Salman and Sohail’s duo has made the ad interesting…

Seems Salman has realized his social responsibilities and has now decided to breakaway from his past…

On the coming episode of Dus Ka Dum, you will see Salman, defending Rakhie Sawant and telling Mika, (he had bad memories associated with Rakhie), that Rakhie is a nice girl and has worked really hard to come up on the level, where she is right now… And that he has tremendour respect for her…

Amidst the speculations of Salman- Katrina breakup, (though both of them have been denying it), and the not so good condition of Salman’s dream project, “Veer“, I hope Dus Ka Dum and the chlormint ad might prove as a freshner in his life..

“Badal rahe hai aap, badal rahe hai hum”

When there is a tough competitions, with so many channels in your hands.. Sony has come up with a new trail of serials…

The first in this series is “Chittorh ki Rani- Padmini”, a chronical extraveganza, with a huge money value associated with it… If the serial bangs, producers are going to face a burden on their pockets…

The second followed by Rani- Padmini is, “Palumpur Express”, the story of a girl, who aspires to win an Olympic medal for his country… Well I did not find the serial very attractive…

Remember, “Yeh meri Life Hai”, (an old serial on Sony).. The protogonist of that show aspired to be a film director, but unfortunetly the serial ended with a saas-bahu type family drama….

Another serial is “Bhaskar Bharti”. Though the promos of the show were enough to tell the plot of the show… It is a copy from a box office disaster called, “Mr. ya Miss”, featuring Antara Mali.. And she acted so pathetically in the movie, that even her mentor Ram Gopal Verma, stopped casting her in his films…

In “Bhaskar Bharti“, Ejaz Khan plays the main lead, who one morning turns into a woman, (Ragini Khanna- Radha ki Betiyan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi fame)…. I saw yesterdays’s episode and Ragini looked promising, (atleast much better than Antara Mali)…

Next is a women’s oriented emotional series called, “Ladies Special”… Story of 4 women.. The series has survival of the fittest sort of a theme, in a city like Mumbai… Women are going to like the show more….

This is followed by, Anu Malik and Farah Khan duo (as judges), no not for Indian Idol, but  “Entertainment Ke liye Kuch Bhi Karega”.... The series seems to be inspired by, America’s Got Talent…. The most starngest things done by the contestants will make them evolve as winners….

And then there is, “Dus Ka Dum”, hosted by Salman Khan... The most eagerly awaited show on Sony…

Besides these new ones, the oldies like, CID and Boogie Woogie, are still going to be the part of Sony…

Lets see how well the new face of Sony is accepted by the viewers…

And the celebrities whose names have put a break to these speculations, for the time being, are Karishma and Kareena Kapoor… Yes they are going to be the part of Dus Ka Dum, for its first episode…

Though Kareena and Karishma, both are busy with their professional and domestic liabilities, respectively, the two woudn’t just say NO to Salman Khan’s charm…

Dus Ka Dum, after its first season, has always been remembered for the energetic anchoring by Salman Khan and the way Khan interacted with his participants on the show…

But do you remember Kareena Kapoor when on SRK’s, “Kya Aap Panchvi Pass Se Tez Hai?”???? Yeah… She was only able to answer few questions on the show (only one if I remember correctly)… And most of them were answered by beau, Saif Ali Khan…

But Kareena does not have to worry for Dus Ka Dum, as the show does not require any general knowledge, which definitely our bollywood heroines are unaware of.. (Atleast Kareena proved so,on SRK’s show)…

Anyways thats history… But it would be fun to see the sister duo together, on a show, that too hosted by Salman Khan..

The Directors, do not go with the logic of WHAT, WHERE, WHY, and HOW????? And you know what..?? This works.. YES it works…

And these days it is working for the Colors’ show, “Shri Krishna“. Ask the Director- Writer of the show, how a sweet, cute, adorable, darling, li’l kid’s popularity is bhoonofied, in a show to increase the TRPs.

The li’l girl, who is playing the role of Lord Krishna’s chilhood has been succesful in maintaining a high viewership, for the show and the channel.

Seems, the serial is running only for her…

The director has gone to such an extent that he has begun to add such stories, associated to the childhood of Shri Krishna, which actually never ever existed. Atleast not many people have heard about them.. And the few who might have heard these stories- God knows where do they exist???

And the way apne Kansa mama has been potrayed, is unbelievable.  A Tyrant Kansa has been shown as a psychotic, neurotic and fearful Raja, whom the  li’l Krishna is always making a fool. Kansa is soooo afraid of the li’l chap that he has even danced for him..

Every little story in the show has been turned into a chewing gum, which the audience, enjoy to munch, munch and munch…. But thats the way our Indian audience is like…

It is planned to be aired on the channel, soon after the, “The End”, of Jhalak Dikhlaja 3, which might end by the month of May.. Salman became very famous as the host of the show. It even left behind the show hosted by Shahrukh khan.. Viewers got to see a lot of shades of Salman Khan during the first season.. Now more Dhamal is expected from him. He has been roped in for season 2 and 3, reportedly…. He had female fans going crazy after him on the show.. The only question he left unanswered duiring the last season was when is he going to marry?????? Who knows, we might get the answer in this season….
